Calling Services

I.  Call Me Back

(for prepaid customers only however a prepaid number can send a Call Ma Back request to a postpaid number)

  i. Description

When you have no credits or your balance is below 25 cents, you can use Call Me Back service to ask someone to call you.

  ii. Restrictions and Limitations

a.  This service can’t be used if your account is more than $0.25.

b.  You are allowed to use this service up to 10 times per day.

c.  You can’t send this request to an international number.

d.  The service is NOVAFONE-to-NOVAFONE only.

  iii. Usage

·  The only thing that you have to do is to enter *200*followed by the phone number of the person that you want to send him the Call Me Back Request followed by #, and then press OK.

·  The later will receive a message saying “Please, call me.“

  iv. Subscription Fee

There is no subscription. The service is available to all NOVAFONE subscribers for free.

  v. Extra Fees

If person A sends a ‘Call Me Back’ request to person B:

·  Person B will not be charged for receiving the request but standard on-net tariff rates apply if he called back Person A.

Person A will not lose any credits.

II. Collect Call 

(for prepaid customers only however a prepaid number can send a Collect Call request to a postpaid number)

i. Description

NOVAFONE will give you the chance to stay connected with your friends all the time even when you have no credit. Whenever your balance is below 25 cents, you can use Collect Call service to ask someone to pay for the call. You can use this service to allow your partner, children or employees to call you.

   ii. Restrictions and Limitations

a. This service can’t be used if your account is more than $0.25.

b. The call will not go through if the called party has no credits.

c. The service is NOVAFONE-to-NOVAFONE only

    iii. Usage

· Enter *300*the called number followed by # and then Press OK

· The called number will receive a call informing him that he is receiving a Collect Call request from a specific person and promotes him to press 2 if he wants to reject the request.

· The called number will be charged starting from the moment you answer the call.

· You will not be charged for the service.

 iv. Subscription Fee

There is no subscription. The service is available to all NOVAFONE subscribers for free.

 v. Extra Fees

The called number will be charged according to standard NOVAFONE-to-NOVAFONE call rate.

III. Missed Call Notification

(for prepaid customers only)

  i. Description

Never Miss a call. This monthly service allows you to never miss a call again whenever you are out of coverage, or if your phone is off. An SMS will be sent telling you who called you and at what time they have called. The missed call notifications will be kept for 5 days then they will be automatically deleted.

  ii. Restrictions and Limitations

If the calling number has CLIR (Calling Line Identification Restriction), number will not be displayed in notification SMS.

  iii. Subscription

To activate Missed Call Notification service dial 900 and follow the voice prompts.

The service will be automatically renewed every month. If you no longer want the service dial 900 and follow the voice prompts to deactivate it.

  iv. Subscription Fee

The fee for this service is $1.00 per month.
